2.2. The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law in their jurisdiction.

2.3. The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform is prohibited without written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Platform is not liable for any financial losses of the User arising from the use of the service.

3.2. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation and is not liable for technical failures, data loss, or service unavailability.

3.3. The Platform is not liable for the actions of third parties, including other users.

3.4. The User is solely responsible for the security of their account, including the safekeeping of login credentials and password.

3.5. The Platform does not provide financial advice. All decisions are made by the User independently at their own risk.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1. All transactions on the Platform are final and irreversible, except in cases provided by law.

4.2. The Platform charges a commission for using the service as indicated on the relevant Platform pages.

4.3. The User agrees not to use the Platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

4.4. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are set by the Platform and may change without prior notice.

5. Privacy

5.1. The Platform processes User personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

5.2. We do not transfer personal data to third parties without User consent, except as required by law.

5.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of provided data.

6. Account Blocking

6.1. The Platform reserves the right to block a User account without prior notice in case of:

• Violation of the terms of this Agreement
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Use of automated tools
• Abusive behavior towards other users

6.2. Upon blocking, funds may be frozen pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All rights to the Platform, including design, logos, texts, and code, belong to the Platform.

7.2. Copying, distribution, or modification of Platform elements is prohibited without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. The Platform reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

8.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made indicates acceptance of the new terms.

8.3. It is recommended to regularly check the current version of the Agreement.

9. Applicable Law

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the law applicable to the Platform.

9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are referred to a competent court.
